LETYBO®  NEW (SPECIAL $9/unit)

Letybo hugel 600x371

The Newest FDA-Approved Botulinum Toxin for Wrinkle Reduction

Letybo is a botulinum toxin type A injectable designed to temporarily improve the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar lines (frown lines). Manufactured by Hugel, Inc., Letybo has been widely used in South Korea as a leading neurotoxin and has now received FDA approval for the U.S. market.
As a next-generation alternative to established injectables like Botox and Dysport, Letybo works by blocking nerve signals that cause muscle contractions, resulting in smoother, more youthful-looking skin. It is designed to provide natural-looking results with high precision and a strong safety profile.

What Makes Letybo Different?

Letybo is formulated to deliver consistent, effective wrinkle relaxation while maintaining natural facial movement. It is produced using Hugel’s state-of-the-art purification and manufacturing systems, ensuring high purity, potency, and dosing accuracy.
Key features include:
  • FDA-approved for glabellar line treatment in adults
  • Clinical studies report visible results as early as 2–3 days, with full effect within 7–14 days
  • Long history of global use in aesthetic markets including South Korea and Europe
  • Designed to preserve natural expression while reducing wrinkles
  • Manufactured with fewer complexing proteins, which may reduce the risk of antibody resistance

How Does Letybo Work?

Like other botulinum toxin injectables, Letybo temporarily blocks the release of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that activates muscle movement. This relaxes the underlying muscles responsible for dynamic wrinkles and helps prevent further deepening of lines.
  • Softens glabellar lines between the eyebrows
  • Prevents new wrinkle formation by limiting repetitive facial movements
  • Maintains natural facial movement while smoothing deep-set lines

Benefits of Letybo:

Letybo offers a non-surgical, well-tolerated solution for those seeking smoother, rejuvenated skin.
  • Reduces the appearance of frown lines
  • Natural-looking results without a frozen or stiff appearance
  • Fast-acting: visible improvement within 2–3 days
  • Results typically last about 12 to 16 weeks
  • Strong safety and tolerability comparable to other neurotoxins

Who Can Benefit from Letybo?

Letybo is ideal for adults with moderate to severe glabellar lines who are seeking an effective yet subtle treatment for dynamic wrinkles. It is a great choice for those who want refreshed results without altering their facial expressions.

How Long Do Letybo Results Last?

  • Onset: 2–3 days
  • Maximum effect: 7–14 days
  • Duration: 12–16 weeks
Over time, muscle movement gradually returns, and repeat treatments can help maintain smoother skin.

How Does Letybo Compare to Other Botulinum Toxins?

Letybo belongs to the same class of botulinum toxin injectables as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, and Daxxify. It works by temporarily relaxing facial muscles to reduce the appearance of dynamic wrinkles, similar to these other treatments. However, it offers a few distinct advantages.
Letybo has a quicker onset than Botox, with visible results in 2 to 3 days. This is comparable to Dysport and Jeuveau, while Botox typically takes 3 to 5 days. Most patients achieve full results within 7 to 14 days.
In terms of duration, Letybo results last about 12 to 16 weeks, which aligns closely with Botox and Jeuveau and may be slightly longer than Dysport in some cases.
One of Letybo’s standout features is its formulation with fewer complexing proteins. This cleaner profile may help lower the chance of the body forming antibodies that could reduce effectiveness with repeated use.
With its strong safety datayears of global use, and FDA-backed clinical trials, Letybo is a proven and reliable choice for patients looking for a modern alternative to traditional neuromodulators.

Clinical Studies and FDA Approval

Letybo received FDA approval in 2024 based on three large-scale Phase III clinical trials that evaluated its safety, effectiveness, and patient satisfaction. These studies included over 1,000 participants in the U.S. and Europe and demonstrated:
  • Consistent reduction in glabellar lines compared to placebo
  • No reports of serious distant spread of toxin effects at the FDA-approved dose
  • High patient satisfaction, with significant aesthetic improvement reported by both patients and physicians

Potential Side Effects and Safety Considerations

Like all botulinum toxin injectables, Letybo has a strong safety profile but may cause temporary side effects in some individuals.

Common side effects:

  • Mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection site
  • Temporary headache following treatment
  • Mild eyelid drooping (ptosis) in rare cases

Rare but serious risks:

  • Muscle weakness or loss of strength in unintended areas
  • Difficulty swallowing or breathing, especially in those with pre-existing neuromuscular disorders
  • Allergic reactions, such as itching, rash, or dizziness
To minimize risks, Letybo should always be administered by a licensed and experienced injector.
As the latest FDA-approved botulinum toxin, Letybo provides a proven alternative to existing neurotoxins, giving patients and providers more choice in wrinkle treatments. While it functions similarly to Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin, its faster onset, global track record, and competitive pricing may make it an appealing option for both new and experienced injectable patients.
With its high efficacy, long-standing use in South Korea, and FDA-backed clinical studies, Letybo is poised to become a key player in the aesthetic neurotoxin market.

BOTOX® Cosmetic

Pofpp1fb
Botox is a cosmetic procedure that helps you smooth wrinkles and look younger. The effect can last up to 4 months.
A specialist determines which muscles of the face you use most and make tiny injections into them, and this improves moderate and some severe frown lines.
Where do you apply Botox?
Treating crow’s feet

These wrinkles are most common and thanks to Botox that works like neuromodulator prevents the muscles responsible for these wrinkles from contracting. Since the muscles cannot move the area around your eyes remains almost completely smooth.

Reducing the jawline

The muscle that is responsible for chewing also can make your jaw look too big and square-shaped. It is called masseter muscle and with the help of botox, you can minimize the square-like look.

Smoothing the forehead

When we are surprised and upset we raise our brows or furrow them in a frown and get wrinkles on our forehead. And after years they become more and more visible. With the help of botox, you relax the muscles and make your forehead smooth again. You just go through a quick treatment and see the result show within a week and then you do not need a new procedure for another 4-6 months.

Lifting for eyebrows

If you want to lift your eyebrows without any surgical intrusion you can try botox on it. It is more subtle than surgery but it makes you look natural.

Smooth your neck

With age, our neck loses its smoothness, there appear wrinkles and lines that indicate our age. Botox can help you return the young look.

Remove bunny lines

After consulting with your doctor you can find out whether botox can help you get rid of bunny lines on your nose. After that, you can get some injections and get the young look
you missed so much.

Getting rid of chin dimples

Mentalis muscle is located on the tip of your chin and it is responsible for the movement of your lower lip, if it is too active, however, it can also cause chin dimples.
Botox can help fix it.

Helping with excessive sweating

If you don’t want to go through surgery but you are suffering from excessive sweating of your armpits, palms, and feet, you can use botox to block the nerve signals that stimulate it. Thus the discomfort is stopped quickly and effectively.

Botox is not recommended if you:
  •  had some other injection in the area

Fillers Q & A
What are dermal fillers?

Dermal fillers are injectable substances that help replace or enhance facial volume. Fillers are a great way to achieve a more youthful appearance without invasive cosmetic surgery.

Many dermal fillers are formulated from synthetic hyaluronic acid, a substance your body creates naturally. When injected into the deeper layers of skin, fillers create a plumping effect that smooths lines and wrinkles.

There are many different types of dermal fillers to choose from. Each is formulated to address specific areas of the face. Thicker fillers are often used in the cheeks or larger areas, while thinner formulations are a good fit for tiny lines and wrinkles.

What aesthetic issues can dermal fillers correct?

Dermal fillers can be injected in various areas of the face and in different volumes. In the hands of a skilled practitioner, fillers can create impressive and natural-looking results.

Some of the areas where dermal fillers can be used include:
  • Crow’s feet
  • Vertical lines around the lips
  • Frown lines, running from the sides of the nose to the corners of the mouth.
  • Marionette lines, running from the sides of your mouth to the chin.
  • Mid-face, to round cheeks and lift jowls
  • Lips
Dermal fillers can also be injected beneath scars to reduce the appearance of depressed scarring. You can even have fillers injected into the backs of your hands to soften contouring.

How long do dermal fillers last?

Some dermal fillers last around four months, while others last longer than a year. Your results depend on the brand of filler used, the location, and the amount of filler injected.

You’ll learn more about how dermal fillers can enhance your facial contouring during your initial consultation. Sharing your treatment goals with our nurse helps her guide you toward the treatment options best suited for your needs.

Many people choose to combine dermal fillers with Botox, an injectable that relaxes the muscles that pull and tug skin into lines, wrinkles, and folds. Combining the two treatments can create noticeable improvements without the risk of complications and recovery time that comes with plastic surgery.

SCULPTRA

Sculptra joe 1536x1024

Sculptra® for Facial Volume Loss

Facial volume loss is a common occurrence with age, as fatty tissues beneath the skin deteriorate and become depleted. To help patients address such volume loss, Rasha's Beauty Skin & Laser can use the Sculptra® filler to thicken the skin in target areas, thus easing the appearance of hollowness. This treatment was formulated specifically for the problem of lost facial volume and can provide long-lasting improvements by increasing the skin’s elasticity.

How Sculptra® Works

The main ingredient in Sculptra® is PLLA (poly-L-lactic acid). The basis of this ingredient is lactic acid, which is the same chemical created by our muscles after we exercise. However, in Sculptra®, the molecules of lactic acid are linked together in strings.
When injected into the skin, Sculptra® affects the wrinkles and hollowness in two ways. Firstly, it provides some immediate volume under the skin to reduce the appearance of wrinkles. However, the immediate improvement is not as dramatic as would be experienced with a hyaluronic acid filler.
Secondly, the PLLA molecules stimulate the body’s production of collagen over time, which helps increase the skin’s thickness. These medium-term effects are the primary benefits of this filler, as they increase your skin’s resiliency against gravity, repetitive facial movements and loss of volume.

How Long Does Sculptra® Last?

Initial injections are applied gradually, in several sessions, over the course of several months.
The longevity of results can be significantly improved with touch-up Sculptra® injections to maintain regular collagen growth.
